Can the bidet be fitted to my own toilet seat?
Yes. The Jasmin Care bidet is fitted on top of the existing toilet seat and connected to the cold water supply and a power outlet. Installation is easy and needs no extra space.
Is toilet paper needed?
Not necessarily at all. The bidet washes the lower body clean with water and dries with warm air, so the need for toilet paper decreases or disappears. The toilet can still be used normally with paper if desired.
Is the bidet an aid?
Jasmin Care is approved as an aid: it has CE approval as a medical device (IPX4, EN1717 cat. 5, VA 2,59/20574). It is designed especially for care and aid use.
How do installation and delivery work?
The Jasmin Care bidet is delivered within 2–4 business days; postal delivery is included in the price. The WC lift is delivered assembled to the desired location.
What accessories are available?
For the Jasmin Care bidet: armrests with control button, raiser ring (4 cm), hygiene guard and a separate control button for wall or floor. The WC lift comes in two models.
Can the product be passed on to the next user?
Yes, the Jasmin Care bidet can be transferred to the next user. Restoring the toilet is easy.
What is the lifting capacity of the WC lift?
The maximum lifting capacity is 150 kg. The seat height is adjustable between 430–630 mm.
